I was sixteen, when I saw my friends grope women. I thought it was appalling, but when talking with the girls, I learned that it is only creepy if you aren’t good looking, otherwise it was cute.

Most of the things you write on the list are things I never had the need to do, but unlike you I don’t see them as creepy, but as cute if performed by an attractive guy, and creepy for the rest.

I was sitting with two girls, and their cleavage’s at work. Both were bashing on men for looking. Of course i could look and even talk about it, but old or fat men, they were creepy.

I think that what you describe is decent behaviour, and to make a workplace genderless is a wonderful goal, but the problem is far more complicated than “men are creepy”.
