This may be a surprise for you, but once upon a time Man believed that the tone of skin made people different.

That gave birth to a word, now long forgotten, called “race”.

It was a very intelligent man called Charles Darwin. He had some theories that were widely misunderstood. Many thought that “survival of the fittest” actually meant that we need to fight to be fit to be part of evolution.

When it means that if you exist today, you are the fittest because evolution has chosen for you to be in the gene pool. Often we don’t know the reason, because…
